Thinking about my VSP in terms of Ramge5's interpretive relationships.
1.) "in terms of" something else
People might think about the nature of time, life, human purpose, necessity, or any other philosophical ideas that might be connoted with love, or images of love. I think this is an important aspect or lens through which my images can be looked at. I think people will definately think anout their own lives and processes/journeys to love.
2.) within a particular genre
I don't know what kind of photos these are..they seem to be more fantasy-based, than reality focused. It's not so much about capturing reality in 2012 as imaging a world or a life more romantic and symbolic. I guess the content of the photos would be romance or period drama. Something dealing with philosophy too might be a part of it too.
3.) in light of personal observation
I want the images to show a young girl going through the agonizingly long (or so it seems) journey/process to find her Right Man. The photos will explore the dark side as well as the light side to it. The fantasy element is present but that's something that is important to me in my internal world..for my personal internal journey/process.
4.) in the company of others
I want others to identify with the images and connect them to waiting for something (if not love, which is the main direction). I have a sense that some of the images may be too vague for people to understand the direction of the prezi presentation, so i might have to include photos that show more clearly the purpose. The idea of waiting for or atleast not having found your mate is one that most people think about some time in their lives, especially women.
